Attorney Victor Wandres

Founding member Victor Wandres heads Paramount Law’s Oklahoma office in Tulsa. A 2002 graduate from University of Oklahoma School of Law, since 2010, Victor has focused his practice exclusively to Oklahoma consumer protection law, including representing consumers with claims against debt collectors for unlawful harassment under the Fair Debt Practices Act (FDCPA), against credit reporting agencies for wrongful credit reporting under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), against robocallers and text message spammers under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), vehicle and medical device lemon law violations (wheelchairs and hearing aids), and credit card and medical debt lawsuit defense in Oklahoma. In addition, mainly due to his exposure to New Orleans music while a student at Tulane University, his practice also includes representation of artists, including all aspects of music law — contracts, licensing, copyright and trademarks.
